How do I return my order?Updated 6 months ago
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of when we receive the items.
Please click on the link below and complete the return process. Once we have received the good(s) back we will send you out a replacement or process the refund.
Please note, only UK Domestic returns are FREE, for returns outside of the UK the customer is responsible for return postage fees on any returns.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described: custom made, custom design, made to measure or personalized.
