If you have experienced an issue with a ZONE3 product but did not purchase direct from us, you should raise the issue initially with the relevant retail partner. They will have the full details of your purchase and will guide you through the process for raising a warranty claim.
Please check their website for more information about their returns process, where possible, providing photos, proof of purchase and a detailed description. If your issue relates to seam damage, please take a photo of the outer and inner material as this will help them to identify whether it is a manufacturing fault.
