Can I exchange something I've purchased?Updated 10 months ago

You can request a size or colour exchange through our returns centre. 

We're not able to exchange for a different product at this time.

Initiate your exchange request online using your order number and one of the following: e-mail address, postal code or contact number. You will be able to select an exchange as a return outcome when raising your return request.

Please note, we're only able to offer an exchange where we have sufficient stock available of the replacement item. If stock is not available, exchange will not be offered as a return outcome with the returns platform.
