Can I change the shipping address if the order has not shipped?Updated a year ago

We have a limited window once the order has been placed to change a shipping address. As soon as your order is placed, the details are passed immediately across to our warehouse partners.

Select Amend/Cancel order query option and provide us with your order number and the correct shipping details. We will do our best to process your request, but please understand that this will not always be possible.

Please note that any changes you make to your account after placing an order will not apply to orders already placed.
